R= No, you will not be able to access any of the properties. The income is only symbolic and the money collected will be for the victims benefit of the past earthquakes that affected Oaxaca, Chiapas, Mexico City, Puebla and Morelos.

2.- How many nights can I rent symbolically in the property?
R= You choose. You can book up to one or more nights in our site.

3.- Can I only donate the amount indicated in the property per night?
R=Meanwhile if you want to donate more you can book more nights in the properties. Tho we are working in order to have the option to make an open donation. If you want to make a more significant donation, you can contact us through the email [email protected] and we will be more than happy to contact you.

4.Are the contributions made to the properties are going to be delivered to the place that I booked?
R= No, regardless of the place you book all the donations will go to a fund and are going to be for the support of ALL the devastated areas.

5.- Do I have to register or login to navigate on the site www.arribamexico.org and make my donation?
R= It´s not necessary to register or login to the site, you can make your donation through your PayPal account or your credit card.

6.- For donations through PayPal it´s necessary to have an account with them?
R= Yes, for more information about the terms of PayPal visit (www.paypal.com.)

7.- Can I only make a donation through PayPal?
R= No, you can also make your donation by credit card through Stripe and soon we will be creating more ways to make your donation in order to help rebuild Mexico City.

8.- Can I donate more than once?
R= Of course, and the victims will be the only beneficiaries, the more we support, the faster we’ll be able to rebuild Mexico City.

9.- How can I know how much has been raised to support the victims?
R= On the home page (www.ArribaMexico.org) we have a real time account counter showing us how much has been raised from the donations.

10.-When is the last day to donate?
R= The platform will remain open indefinitely so you can donate every time you want. All the money raised will go to non-profit foundation CADENA account.

11.- Who is CADENA and the Committee of Assistance of Disasters and National Emergencies?
R= They are a non-profit civil association dedicated to the assistance in emergencies and prevention of natural disasters. With more than 100 national and international missions over 12 years, CADENA takes the assistance hand to hand, directly to most of the people in need, for more information you can visit the website www.cadena.ngo.
